Her non-profit coaching extends to higher education, academic medicine and public service. Winifred has expatriate experience in Asia, Latin America and Europe, she speaks Spanish and French, and knows what it's like to be the newcomer in one place and the bridge-builder in another.

Joanie Connell, PhD, is an organizational consultant, author, and leadership coach with 20+ years of experience. A former engineer, she blends technical expertise with organizational psychology to help leaders develop people strategies, manage teams, and strengthen cross-functional relationships. She authored Consulting to Technical Leaders, Teams, and Organizations, holds a PhD in psychology from UC Berkeley, a bachelor's in engineering from Harvard, and is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association.

Angie Flynn-McIver is the founder of Ignite CSP: Coaching, Speaking, Presenting. A PCC-certified coach, she specializes in helping results-driven leaders elevate their communication. With a background in theatre and a Master’s in Organizational Development, Angie brings deep insight to workshops and one-on-one coaching.
