Helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential has been the through-line of my career. As an innovation facilitator and coach, I’ve guided teams in bringing new processes, services, and products to life. My work as a board member for nonprofit organizations allows me to apply the same strengths—strategic oversight, creative problem solving, and hands-on leadership—to mission-driven environments.
My approach centers on “Innovation in the Everyday” — finding big ideas in daily challenges. I design and lead initiatives grounded in human-centered design, blending practical methods with an emphasis on experimentation, collaboration, and inclusive participation. Whether coaching individuals to leverage their diverse strengths or supporting teams as they develop bold solutions, my aim is to transform how people work, think, and create together.
Beyond coaching, I bring a dynamic presence from years of hosting and speaking at corporate events, performing stand-up comedy in New York City, and serving as an auctioneer for benefit fundraisers. These experiences sharpen my ability to engage audiences, energize rooms, and translate complex concepts with humor, clarity, and authenticity.
