Winifred, PhD, PCC, has collaborated with clients for 20+ years to provide custom-designed leadership development that meets organizational needs. As an innovator in this space, she co-founded Blue Waters because she recognized the benefit of integrative strategies that draw from design-thinking, communications, and leadership development.
Chris, PhD, is currently Chief Learning Officer at Workday. Previously, he served in executive leadership roles at the Gates Foundation, Juniper Networks in Silicon Valley, and held leadership roles over 15 years with the internationally top-ranked Center for Creative Leadership.
