A former engineer, she blends technical expertise with organizational psychology to help leaders develop people strategies, manage teams, and strengthen cross-functional relationships. She authored Consulting to Technical Leaders, Teams, and Organizations, holds a PhD in psychology from UC Berkeley, a bachelor's in engineering from Harvard, and is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association.
