Workplace Strategy & Operations Lead, Google

Our increasingly complex world—defined by massive technological change, political instability, and shifting expectations of life and work—creates a constant barrage of noise and uncertainty for today’s leaders and organizations. My career has focused on sifting through this noise to see around corners and solve the most intractable, complex problems facing leaders today.

As a strategy, innovation, and product leader I’ve built cross-disciplinary teams grounded in human-centered design, UX research, and strategic foresight to define complex problems, discover high-potential opportunities, and deliver non-obvious solutions driving growth. This has included defining the future of work and evolving the hybrid workplace experience; reimagining supply chains and processes in industries as diverse as grocery and financial services; developing tech from consumer apps to enterprise platforms, biometric authentication, and AI fintech solutions for global markets.

As an experienced founder, I’ve scaled CPG products from idea to global distribution and millions in revenue including an international, award-winning snack brand.

As a consultant, I’ve advised executives and teams across a diversity of industries from healthcare to media as well as nonprofits from mental health to social causes including nuclear non-proliferation.

As a lecturer, I’ve taught innovation and rapid prototyping to undergraduate, MBA, and Executive Ed classes.

As an AuDHD leader, I coach neurodivergent and neurotypical leaders to help them leverage the unique cognitive skills across teams of all neurotypes.

The thread running throughout this breadth of experience is a dedication to uncovering hidden potential—by cultivating better leadership, building stronger teams, and implementing tools and practices that help organizations see what others have seen, but think what no one has thought.
