Winifred, PhD, PCC, has collaborated with clients for 20+ years to provide executive coaching, and custom-designed leadership development that meets organizational needs. As an innovator in this space, she co-founded Blue Waters because she recognized the benefits of integrative strategies that draw from design-thinking, communications, and leadership development. She has published in Harvard Business Review, and her clients span: global technology to small start-ups, professional to financial services, retail to manufacturing. Her non-profit coaching extends to higher education, academic medicine and public service. Winifred has expatriate experience in Asia, Latin America and Europe, she speaks Spanish and French, and knows what it's like to be the newcomer in one place and the bridge-builder in another.
